Q1: How is the quality?
Answer: A third party inspection, such as TUV, is always welcome. All goods will be released together with MTC and will be stamped by TPI.
Q2: How long is the delivery time?
Answer: Generally, if the goods are in stock in about 5-10 days. If the goods are not in stock, it will be 15-20 days. And also according to the quantity.
Question 3: Do you provide samples? Free or not?
Answer: Yes, we can provide samples for free, but no shipping fee.
Q4: Can I customize the pipe fittings or steel pipe?
Answer: Yes, we can produce according to your requirements, and you can send CAD or design drawings.
Question 5: Are there value-added services?
Answer: I am very happy to serve you. We have rich experience in this industry. We have equipped our warehouse with the necessary equipment for internal painting, coating, pipe cutting, joint welding and mechanical manufacturing according to requirements.
Q6: What are the trade terms?
Answer: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, LC will be accepted.
